Tontachi or "Toon"tachi? Either way, Newton Designs are in the works!! 🎨🐷

We’re still at it! Cooking up new Pig designs in the kitchen..
(technically that could mean we’re making bacon🥓, but as a disclaimer no pigs are harmed in the making of this game.)

What’s a Newton?

In short, it’s a “New“ “Ton“, or a new pig-like character. Our game is taking a new direction as we create our own proprietary characters that will exist as digital assets on the Blockchain.

Read below on more fun facts about Newtons as they pertains to TontachiAR, but first, here are some cute rough sketches on where the designs are going..

• Newtons can be used in official races to win higher rates of BaconBits, which can be converted into our utility erc-20 token (name pending).

• They’ll have rarities, classes, accessories, various appearances, and more!

• They can be minted onto the blockchain, or purchased from it.

  • Once in digital asset form, they can be “burned“ for “bacon“ or our utility erc-20 token. This led to an interesting design question: if it’s so cute, would you even want to burn it? The existential questions needing to be answered are kind of hilarious: 😖 >🥓>🤑

“Remind me again why you’re so focused on Pigs?”

We’re not obsessed or anything. TontachiAR is a quasi-spiritual successor to CryptOink where the main characters were pigs, thus within Tontachi our characters too become pig-inspired. However we’re taking our own direction with it.
(P.S. “Ton“ means “Pig“ in Japanese🐷. “Tontachi“ translates to “Pig Friends“🐷🐷)
